seed-wave provides mobile pet grooming services in Manchester and surrounding areas. Services include bathing, trimming, nail care, and related grooming activities for domestic pets.

Booking and Appointments

When you book a service through our website or other channels:

• You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your pet
• You confirm that your pet is suitable for the selected service
• You accept responsibility for disclosing any health conditions or behavioural issues that might affect the grooming process
• Appointments are confirmed only upon our written acceptance of your booking

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service cost.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or full refund.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for future bookings.

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

• Decline or discontinue service if an animal displays aggression or extreme distress
• Recommend veterinary consultation before proceeding with grooming if health concerns are apparent
• Adjust the planned service if conditions require modification for the animal's safety
• Refuse service to animals with contagious conditions or active infestations

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Ensure your pet is up to date with vaccinations where applicable
• Inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or behavioural issues
• Provide access to water and electrical outlets as required for mobile services
• Restrain other pets in the household during the appointment if requested
• Be present or have an authorised adult present during the appointment

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your pet:

• Grooming carries inherent risks including minor nicks, coat irregularities, or stress reactions
• We cannot be held liable for pre-existing health conditions that become apparent during grooming
• We are not responsible for grooming outcomes if you have not disclosed relevant information about your pet's health or temperament
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of seed-wave or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written authorisation.
